SAUTED POTATO WITH BASIL

Ingredients :

potatoes

(peeled, cut in wedges n boil / steam)

or, if u're 2 lazy, juz get potato wedges n deep fry

basil

capsicums

shallots

oregano

salt n peppers

paprika

Corn oil

Parmesan Cheese

heat oil...
add shallots...

sautee...


add oregano...


paprika...

sautee...

add potato wedges...


sprinkle some salt n peppers...

serve...


sprinkle Parmesans cheese...

Voila...

Bonne Appetite...

this menu goes well with roast chicken, beef or lamb...
but as 4 me... i prefer fish fillet.. or meat balls...

I met Adam several month ago, ms final concert af5 to be precise... Masa 2, I was like a bit segan with him... Motif? M x sure..

S time goes by, I got 2 know him better... If fact we got along well... We hang out pretty much.. N i do enjoy his company... Best sgt..

But well, decision had been made, n i've no say about it. Actually, I really don't know what 2 say... There's just 2 many things going on lately... But 1 thing for sure is m gonna miss each n every moment that we spent n those good old times...

To Adam, akak just wanna wish u all the very very best in yr career n future undertakings... I know u can go far in whatever u do... S u've got the talent and everything 1 could ever wish for...

Thanx for all your contributions, commitments n sacrifices u've done for our beloved fc...

You're 1 of a kind, n i x think any1 could ever take yr place.. kalau ada pun, it will not be the same...

Fyi, as deep as m involved with DFC, my hubby, Sham, is deeply involved in forex (foreign exchange). A kind of the money changer business kinda thingy, but this is via internet. Therefore, he could spend hours n hours n hours in front of the computer...

STEP BY STEP RECIPE

On 14^th November 2007, Affizar, a reporter of Berita Harian came over to my work place, to shoot recipe for step by step column. So, I’ve decide to share it…

DEEP FRIED BREADED CHEESE

Ingredients :

4 slices of bread

2 slices of cheese

2 pieces of Turkey Ham

(not ham ok... not 2 worry, its dafinitely Halal)

1 egg

Bread crumbs

method :
arrange cheese & turkey ham in between 2 breads
remove the edge...

cut into small pieces.. or u may leave it the way it is... as u like it...

soak into beaten egg...

coat with bread crumbs...

deep fry...

garnish n serve...


voila... nyummy.. nyummy...

this is my personal unfavorite.. its simple n yet tasty.. unless u're the heath n oil conscious kind of person.. but u may always use corn oil or sunflower kinda oil... the one with omega 3 bla bla bla.. u may also use wholemeal bread and low fat cheese...

recipe orang malas... it taste better with chilli sauce &/ mayonnaise...

Some of us may not fancy cats... But I do... Tremendously... They are a part of me.... Always makes me happy...

Fluffy was my cat... Always been... And now its sad that i have 2 use the word 'was'... But its reality that I have 2 face...

Besides calling him fluffy, he response by the name Lafi, Pito, Fi, or whatever name that i feel like calling him... Busuk-busuk pun he will move his ears or juz by menjeling 2 me...

Lafi was like the most 'senior' in this 'batch'... Besides arwah Lafi, there are Baby, Bulat, Marsha, Toti, Gollum, Diffy, Dibu, Cicak, Notty, Sweety, n Roti... Some of the are 2 be given away though... Ramai sangat...

Back 2 Lafi, he came over to my house some house somewhere in January 2004, at that time, he was around 2-3 month... i guest la... no birth cert, or any supporting documents... how on earth would i know his actual age... hehhee....

He was such a wonderful cat... active n jovial... even though he was only a 'kucing kampung'...

One thing so unique about Lafi is, he loved to drink direct from the tap... Running water...

After sometimes, when there were 2 many of 'cats population' we decided 2 put them in a cage... I guest this is where the problem starts 2 occur... Lafi is so used 2 drinking running water, when he is kept in the cage, he drinks lesser... then he started 2 have ulcers.. from ulcer, the problem goes on n on... till he went away on Tuesday... 13th November 2007...

All in all, I juz want to say that I love Lafi so much... Thanx for all the joy he brought while he was around... Sayang Pito kakak...

Welcome 2 My Little Corner...

BIENVENUE... IRRAISHIMASSE... BIENVENIDO...

1stly, where do I go from here? As in from where should I start, or how do I begin?

Actually, I've created this blog for quite sometimes. It has existed for few month... Seeing every1 with their own blogs, I juz have the urge of creating my own. I guest , the main reason was because I juz wanted the url syamelia.blogspot.com 2 be mine, tried my luck, followed the instructions (with zero knowledge on blog in my mind) n viola... got it... Alhamdulillah...

Then I got stuck, I've completely no idea where to begin from nor what 2 write.. So I juz left it idle... Well, m always so pethatic when it comes to writing or composing.

Nevertheless, after the planning and existence of our girls' talk blog, m inspired 2 pick up the pieces where i've left... after considering the fact that there things 2 incorporate... its juz the matter of I have 2 start.. if i don't then i'll never get started..

Well, I'll try 2 incorporate several stuff going on around me... N please excuse me should my blog caused boredom.. S i said earlier, m pethatic when it comes 2 writing.... erghhh...
