Personally I felt that there's something special about this event. It's a simple wedding, held in kampung, nak2 lagi belah lelaki, but yet terasa kemeriahannya. Maybe because of the event, ambience, people, and so on...

Firstly, the DJ yang meriah... Asek usik pengapit, i don't even know y. Don't they supposed to usik the pengantin instead of pengapit... But it was nice and x keterlaluan.

Then, they had this group of kompang in the house during the bersanding...


This is the part I loved the most - the FOODS!

One of the best that i've ever tasted. It's simple yet tasty. No catering whatsoever... I tot it was because of our tummy yang dah ber'melo-drama' n the foods that were still fresh makes it taste so good... But another akak who came at 6pm still compliments those foods, makanaya mmg sedap la...

Sebaik bukan rumah relative, if it were so, confirm tambah, tp this time malu, uols :p

I loved the paru masak cili padi so much... [Menanges Sabrina.. LOL... Fyi, she can't tolerate hot stuff... Sebaik x mc on Monday!!!]

Besides the paru, I loved the sambal kering (fucuk, soohoon, potatoes, etc) and the nasi minyak... All in all, everyone loved the taste of the foods... 2 thumbs up to all the Chef of Bukit Badong :D

The Best Kompang - the Pethatic Incident

Just to share something which i found interesting during another wedding reception.

This is the best Kompang Performance that i've ever encountered. Unlike typical kompang team, Pasukan Kompang Permata of Section 16 Shah Alam is one of a kind. Besides the normal kompang, the performed in front of the bride & groom, before they walked along the isle to the pelamin.

They did the silat performance, then they sang and dance with the kompang. What was ammuses everybody was they sanged Poco-poco, followed by Oh! Carol, pakai baju kancing suasa and several other songs.

Then they walked with the bride & groom and recited Selawat.

Such a multi talented team...

Then my colleague found this disgusting sight. "Ada orang P****D! Habis Chair cover kena stain"... OMG!

- Come on lah, as a lady (lady ok, not teenage girl), u must know how to take of yourself! Know your timing and always be prepared at that time of the month...

Well, pls lah! These people buat malu orang perempuan jer...

Lorong 100 Tahun

This is a new place located at Taipan USJ, next to Old Town Kopitiam, my favorite rendezvous. The name is really catchy... The concept is some kind of kopitam gak...

There are varieties of dishes but what caught my attention was the side dishes (eventhough our intention was to have breakfast). Macam best sgt, didn't know hat 2 order...

We finally setlled on these:

Penang Chicken Lor Bak

Shoud've taken the set la, it's more worth it. But it tasted good - could feel the chunc of chicken plus some sengkuang. The skin is made of foochuk. For health concious people - do avoid it as its kinda oily. But the skin tasted gooooddddd... Heeehhehhe...

Char Kway Teow

Small in portion but big in taste. Simple n tasty. It has prawn lotsa of egg.

Teh C & Sagoo Gula Melaka

I loved the Teh C, the tea is so strong yet not too sweet, just the way i like it.

As for the Sagoo - it's really authentic. Could feel the taste of Gula Melaka but m sure Mum's gonna kill us if she were 2 find out we paid around RM3.80 for this... LOL
