Our New Friend from Bahrain

On our way back from Istanbul to Bahrain (for transit), we sat by a lovely lady from Rusia.. Mum was being super duper friendly... She approaches her, they talked, exchanged phone no, and Mum even got her 2 try our sambal and serunding bilis (anchovies) that we brought from home. Surprisingly, she loved it and loved spicy stuff...

Then we took photo (wajib!!) and she even showed me her daughter's pic in her hp. She said that both her daughters are Cabin Crews of Gulf Air... Bestnyeeeeeeee.... Yang penting, kita bersaudara - she's a Muslim too... So I guess that's the reason they got along well, regardless the language barrier...

Few days after we got back, I received an email from her daughter, Elmira or fondly known as Elma. We kept in touch and recently she said that she will be in KL and Langkawi for vacation. Therefore, i took this opportunity to meet them up at their hotel in Seri Pecific, KL...

It was a great pleasure meeting Elma n her Mum, Aisya..

We were a bit late as the traffic of Federal Highway was horrendous... At that time they just got back from China Town or Petaling Street... I know they were tired as they need to pack for their flight back to Bahrain on the next morning...

So we decided to hang up at The Mall, and they choose Pizza Hut... Coz xkan nk borak dkt lobby jer kn, mcm x syok la plakk... Btw, Mum couldn't make it as it was a really last minute plan.. How I wished she was there, too...

Eventhough it was my first time meeting Elma, we got along well.. Talked about lotsa stuff.. They said they loved being in Malaysia.. Probably because of the friendly people and environment...

They said, if we were to come back 2 Bahrain, do stay over at their place... How i wish... M not even sure when i be travelling again.. Hopefully ada rezeki... InsyaAllah... Fyi, they are from Rusia but Aisya are staying at Bahrain with her 2 lovely daughters as they are working in working there.

Enuff with all the self timer pixie, this pic was taken by one of the staff of pizza hut :)

Elma, thanx for letting me validate your room for the parking ticket :) I am being so 'notty' here...

All in all, it was a pleasure meeting them and i appreciate the time they spent with us despite their busy schedule.. Really hope we will be in touch...
