Stress & the so called 'remedy'

Something came up 2day... I do felt its impact and definitely i felled stressed up... Rasa nak nanges pun ada.. And of coz, i did shed few drop of tears... It's a lie if i say i didn't...

Called my better half, apparently he was bz at work and he has enough already, so i didn't want to put more pressure on him, so i've decide to keep it 2 myself first...

Called Lyn, but remembered she wasn't well... Sorry kaco u...

Then, i remenbered, Adam kata kalau stress, it's good to go shopping, and SPEND... So, i took my bag, started my car, and headed to Subang Parade... Listen to Dafi's album over & over again- almost full blast volume...
