2day, me n my better half visited 2 patients at 2 different private hospital... After visiting my cousin at SMC, Section 20 Shah Alam, I smsd Fara asking if she's in SJMC with her mum.. Then she told she was on her way... So we made our way 2 SS15, Subang 2 settled some stuff before heading 2 SJMC...

It felt so awkward to see Gazebo being demolished... One by one memories of Gazebo came flashing into my minds; that place used 2 be our rendezvous... those meetings ; lepakings ; surprised birthday celebrations ; gossips :) ; bla bla bla ; n most important, that is the place where i met most of those beloved VIDs...

Okie dockie, once we arrived at SJMC, met Fara at the lobby, then we went to room 427... Omg! i think dat's the 1st time in my life vising some1 in hospital n be havoc about so many things... We talked n laugh, n talked, n laugh, n make so much noise... Cian Auntie sebelah 2... Dah la sakit, tak tahan sejuk, n had 2 tolerate with the noise we created... hehehe... Fara, ask yr Mum 2 request for a single room la...

Btw, I hope Auntie Azmah's Blood Pressure (BP) will be neutralized soon n discharged cepat... Hope she won't have to spent New Year's Eve in SJMC...

Yeah... Wouldn't believe what i did 2 my Pendrive.. I didin't juz took it it out from its 'Penskin' but what I did was... I accidentally took it out of its casing... huhuhu...

Apparently, i don't actually advise my friends (or even myself) to 'lalu' at his blog coz it comprises lots of figures and graphs... Nama pun 'my forex life'.. So you can well imagine what the content would be like...

Why lima minit? Some of you may ask.. Apparently, 'lima minit' is favorite word whenever i wake him up.. Almost everyday or anytime I wake him up he'll go like "ok yang, lima minit je"... Supposed to mean that he will wake up within 5 minutes la.. As if... His 'lima-minit' will normally go on for hours...

I thought, i am the 'malang' who have to bear with his 'lima-minit'... But his buddy, Fairoz has always been experiencing this 'lima minit' syndrome... So poor thing when he had 2 wait for 2 hours at Restaurant Gembira, Section 3 Shah Alam (their favorite rendezvous) juz for my better half 2 turn up...

Be it 5 minit, or 15 minit, even 5 hours... He's my life and i love him so much....

An evening with my better half @ BIG APPLE

After the Menara KL thingy I juz love to use the term 'an evening with _____ @ _____' to describe any events / outings.

Btw, after spending my Hari Raja Aidiladha at my in law's residence, we departed in the evening and decided to have a bite (as in several bites hhehhehe) of Big Apple. So we headed for the Curve and made our way to this particular outlet.

Hari Raya Aidiladha

The meaning of Hari Raya Aidiladha

Aidiladha is also commonly known as Hari Raya Korban or Hari Raya Haji in Malaysia.

Celebrated about two months after Hari Raya Aidilfitri, on the 10th day of Zulhijjah, the 12th (last) month of the Muslim calendar, it marks the end of the haj pilgrimage period (about two weeks).

Every year, millions of Muslims make the journey to Mecca in Saudi Arabia to perform the haj, one of the five basic tenets of Islam.

Aidiladha also commemorates the sacrifices made by the Prophet Ibrahim (hence the word 'korban,' which means sacrifice in Arabic), who demonstrated immense faith when he was put to the test by God.

Prophet Ibrahim was commanded to offer his son Ismail up for sacrifice, and though it grieved him greatly, he made ready to perform the task. However, as he was about to strike his son, God stopped him and revealed that it was a trial. Ismail's life was spared, and a ram was sacrificed in his place.

As such, during Aidiladha, the sacrifice of four-legged animals such as lambs, goats, cows, bulls and camels is performed.

The slaughter of the animal is done after the congregational prayer in the morning of Aidiladha.

The animals are killed in accordance with the proper religious rites and the meat is then distributed.

One third of the meat is given to the individual who made the sacrifice, while the rest is given to the poor and deserving people in the community.

Making the sacrifice (korban) is not a compulsory religious duty, but an obligations for those who are able to afford it.

The rest of the day is celebrated by visiting relatives and friends.

Sneak preview on Pacific Regency

In order 2 ensure 'An Evening with Dafi @ KL Tower' is a smooth event, the girls had decided 2 put a night at Pacific Regency. This was followed by the guys, 2... Different room, of coz... Which goes without saying...

Thanx 2 Ray's friend, Pn. Hamimah, who happens be 2 the Assistant Manager of this hotel for giving us the special rate. RM 230.00/night is definitely reasonable compared to other hotels around this area, which cost a fortune... Furthermore, it was only a walking distance 2 KL Tower... Of coz, we don't actually 'walk' 2 KL Tower... Thanx 2 Lyn 4 'tumpanging' her car...

We were assigned at room 2616 at 26th floor... Once we've check in, we went 2 the room and we went like... wow! OMG! and all 'jakun' words juz came out from our mouth... Mcm x penah check in hotel laks... But the suite was tremendously..... I x find the word... Mesmerizing... I supposed... Worth the amount of money we paid... (eventhough, we had 2 use Ray's credit card 4 verification purpose hehhe... Don't worry Ray, we've paid ok... )

The beds were comfortable, the suite was spacious... U actually get all the facilities that u needed..

Since it's a suite concept, a kitchen is actually provided here... From fridge (as in fridge n not a minibar size fridge), hot plate for cooking, pots, pans, crockeries n cutleries, coffee making facilities, up to dining table n chairs...

Fyi, the fridge in the image shown up there was where we kept Dafi's birthday cake... The temptation? X payah nk citer... It was really irresistible, plus the smell of chocolate was really 'menggoda'... But then... we managed 2 get the cake 2 KL Tower in 1 piece... n untouched... Knowing the cantekker girls... Always giving the best... (this is a self proclaimed statement hehe)

Okie, now i move on 2 the bathroom..

It was really spacious u can play hide n seek inside... There's a showing cubicle... A bathtub... A sink n other basic needs (of coz), dressing room attached.. with 2 wardrobes... n mirror... Iron and ironing board... Plus a safe deposit in the wardrobe...

The basic amenities were provided plus bathrobes n such...

We were given breakfast coupon for 2 pax at SOI 23 restaurant which is located at the 23rd floor...

Apparently, we had our breakfast as if we've no taste buds as we were rushing 2 get 2 KL Tower by 8.30 am... And that left us only a few minutes 2 consume our breakfast...

All in all... it was a wonderful stay at Pacific Regency... If there were enough time and given the chance, m sure there's more things that we could enjoy... Such as taking more photos, utilizing the facilities, exploring the outlets, enjoying the beautiful decoration n ambiance, consuming the apples at the reception counter (i just wonder why they no longer provide those apples), n the list could go on n on n on...

My Sunday after KL Tower thingy

Sunday... 16th December 2007...

Home sweet home...

I'm back...
I got back around 1 am last nite after the KL Tower thingy... Penat gils... My feets we're 'burning'.. The last time I had sakit kaki was during those time i was in F&B department... Long, long time ago...

Despite all those tiredness n the ache, I was satisfied... After all those effort n sacrifices that we (the whole organizing team) put though, the result was satisfactory...

We left Kl tower at around 10.30 pm... went for dinner at 222 pj, where i had sup kambing, nasi lemak n barley suam... hancur harapan ray nk tgk i jd 'itik sudu' hehehehe... coz i didn't finish my soup... ;)

then head 2 our homes... thx lyn coz 'tumpanging' me... ops lyn lak... I mean, VID of the year ok...

Plan 2 sleep the whole day, but apparently, i got up at around 8.38 am n i just could continue sleeping... Furthurmore, the was some errand that i need 2 run for my mum...

Then, i went down n opened all the 'berita harian' that my mum subscribed daily n compiled all the 'anugerah bintang popular' form... I planned 2 distribute it among the VIDs in order 2 vote for Dafi... Mana la I sempat nk fill in those forms by myself... so i might as well share it with the rest..

After cutting it, I managed 2 get 9 sets of forms... But thank goodness i didn't cut my fingers as i was using the same scissor that got ayyum injured hehehe.... Cian ayyum, dahla kene b_s_l, kene gunting lak 2... nasib baik ada dr joey kn... :)

Ok guys, should we meet, i'll pass over those forms.. n we'll vote for Dafi ok... n if m not mistaken, u can win yrself some tickets... I don't really look forward of winning those tickets... (tp kalu dapat its a good thing la kn...) but as long as he gets 2 next stage...

After several weeks thorough planning, 2day, m off 2 kl tower... Putting a night at Pacific Regency with all the girls... 2morow is the 'big day'... Franky speaking, m really nervous of this whole thing...

PAVILION SWEET PAVILION (1/2)

In conjunction with the public holiday given 2 Selangoreans, I had a day out with my better half.. Dah lama x pg dating... Bz with lots of stuff...

After settling some stuff with Lyn n the gang 4 our upcomming event event this saturday.. M supposed 2 have a meeting pertaining some matter... Apparently, around 10 minutes b4 it starts, i got a call saying that it was called off.. Probably postponed... Motiff sgt kn...

Coincidently, my better half got a call from a customer in Ampang, asking him 2 deliver some goods... So we went 2 ampang.. Delivered those stuff.. Went to shop in Ampang where i did my threading... Makan yong tou foo... Nyummy nyummy... Kalu dah sampai Ampang, its a must 4 us 2 check out the Yong Tou Foo...

Then, we had this wild idea of checking out the newly shopping mall Pavilion.. As both of us were craving for Jco...

Apparently the traffic wasn't so friendly that evening... Then we finally realized that it was a working day in KL... Furthermore it was time of balik keje... It took us around 2 hours from Ampang to Pavilion...Those were our 'muka boring' in the car.... Erghhhh....

After all the traffic jam n never ending journey, we got there....
