Attention all panel of Juries :

Tun Ray Omar, Megat, Lyn, Adam, Fendy n Myself

Defendant :

All names mentioned above (including the camera owner) & Azim Baginda

Issue :

On 6th April 2008, approximately 10.00 pm, bertempat di Rest. Bidara, Bandar Sunway. Haniff Fendy telah mendapati there was something wrong on the display of my camera.

Therefore, beliau merupakan suspek utama.

Satu perbincangan telah diadakan and ended up that everyone is suspected, including Azim eventhough he wasn't in the tempat kejadian.

All alibi had been brought up & semua suspect dikainkan dengan mottiff yang tersendiri.

Pakar forensik Megat juga telah membuat analysis (dengan penuh kegigihan) from all pictures taken on the event kejadian.

The condition :

The LCD had cracked. Nothing could be viewed.

Nevertheless, other functions of the camera is still functioning.

The Verdict :

The camera had TERJATUH!!!

Not terpijak, tersepak whatsoever…

Proof :

Ada kesan dented dkt the front part of the camera

Financial implications :

LCD - RM 352.00

Service - RM 80.00

TOTAL - RM 432.00

Justification :

Half of the price of the camera (with current market rate)

Moral of the story :

Might have to consider getting a new number hehhehe… Due to other defect beside the LCD.

Shaky Lens & Difficult to press capture button

Apa kata penaja :

“Nak buat macam mana Yang, kenelah belajar hidup x payah guna camera”

(on the other hand, if u want me to get u a new camera, dream on!!!)
